Getting started
From a blank tenant to a launch-ready program: branding, policies, language, domains and your team.
Brand the member portal
Settings → Branding controls everything members see: business and program names, your reward currency's name, colors (checked for readable contrast automatically), logo, tagline and support email. The portal carries zero platform branding — it's your program, on your domain.
Publish terms & privacy (required)
Member signups stay closed until both your program terms and privacy policy are published under Settings. Every later edit bumps a version with a timestamp, so you can always show what changed and when. Both render on the portal's "Rules & terms" page.
Language & wording
Pick the portal language under Settings — English, or Hindi (machine-translated and marked as automatic to members). Currency and date formats follow the language. Any individual phrase can be overridden with your own wording, so "Redeem" can become "Treat yourself" without touching anything else.
Member email: your address, your design
The Member email card under Settings controls how sign-in links (and future member notifications) look and who they come from. Set a sender name (defaults to your program name) and optionally your own sender address. A custom address activates only after DNS verification: add the required ownership TXT record shown in the card at your domain host (SPF and DMARC rows are recommended for deliverability), then press Verify DNS. Until it passes — and if the record ever disappears — mail safely sends from the platform's verified address with your name.
The design follows your branding automatically: colors, corner style, a bold color-band or minimal masthead, your support address and an optional footer line (a registered address looks professional there). The live preview shows exactly what members receive; Send me a test delivers it to your own inbox.
Your domain
Add your portal domain under Domains and point a CNAME at the platform; TLS is provisioned automatically on first visit. Until then the portal answers on its default subdomain.
Invite your team
Team assigns roles from owner to analyst. Every action is permission-checked and audited with actor, before/after and reason: finance can export ledgers but not edit rules; support can adjust a member's balance (reason required) but never touch governance; analysts see everything, change nothing.
